Altius Webinars Events3

R U OK? is a public health promotion charity that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives. Mental Health can be a challenge when you feel lost and alone in your journey, whether supporting a loved one, or managing your own mental health.

In today’s demanding and fast-changing world, stress and burnout can feel overwhelming - but there are ways to navigate these challenges with care and confidence. This session focuses on building sustainable strategies for wellbeing while exploring how grit - the ability to stay committed and adaptable during adversity - can help you move forward without self-blame or pressure to 'just be tougher'.

Participants will learn how to recognise early warning signs of stress, understand its impact on health and performance, and apply practical tools to maintain balance. We’ll explore what grit really means in the workplace: not pushing through at all costs, but developing habits and mindsets that support resilience and recovery. Through actionable insights, you’ll discover how to set healthy boundaries, manage energy, and respond to setbacks in ways that feel realistic and empowering.

Whether you’re navigating workplace demands or personal challenges, this session offers practical approaches to protect your wellbeing, strengthen resilience, and build the confidence to adapt and thrive through periods of stress, uncertainty, and change.

For ongoing, confidential support, whether you’re managing your own mental health or supporting someone else, consider our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), including our Melbourne EAP services, alongside coverage across Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and other Australian locations.
