Chief Executive Officer, Altius GroupAnge is a strategic and purpose-driven Chief Executive Officer with over 20 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, most recently in healthcare. As CEO of Altius Group, she prioritises service quality, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience. She is known for leading cross-functional teams, driving growth through strategic alignment, and adopting a people-first, data-driven leadership approach. Ange has a strong track record of translating strategy into measurable outcomes, delivering meaningful transformation and long-term growth.
Ange holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, is a Chartered Accountant, and has completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Nancy Kung
Chief Operating Officer, Altius GroupNancy brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Altius Group. As a qualified physiotherapist with an MBA, she offers invaluable insight into both the delivery of allied health services and the strategic leadership required to drive organisational performance.
Prior to her current role, Nancy held executive leadership positions across several Altius Group entities, including Nabenet, Ontime Healthcare, and IIME. Her breadth of experience across the rehabilitation and employment services landscape positions her as a key driver of operational excellence and service innovation.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology.
Sarah Freeman
Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Altius GroupSarah began her career in public practice as a technical accountant, building strong financial expertise and exceeding client expectations. Transitioning to the health sector, Sarah is part of the Executive Leadership Team, driving growth, and operational excellence. Sarah combines analytical skill, strategic insight, and teamwork to deliver effective financial leadership.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Chartered Accountants ANZ, and volunteers as a Justice of the Peace with NSW Communities and Justice.
Michael Cotton
Chief Corporate & Strategy OfficerMichael is the Chief Corporate and Strategy Officer at Altius Group, bringing extensive experience across strategy and finance. Prior to joining Altius, Michael held Chief Financial Officer roles at GloBird Energy and WINconnect. He began his career in professional services, spending more than 10 years in management consulting and investment banking across Melbourne, London and Hong Kong with LEK Consulting, ABN AMRO and Credit Suisse.
Michael is also the Founder and Chair of The Melbourne Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation providing scholarships to talented students experiencing financial disadvantage.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Melbourne.
Sarah Duong

Sarah has a strong track record in developing and implementing people initiatives that support business performance, employee engagement and leadership capability. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Nicole partners closely with the C-suite to shape and deliver strategic priorities. She is recognised for translating strategy into action—ensuring brand and marketing are not only aligned to the business, but actively driving growth, pipeline and performance.
Sharon Richens
Head of Customer at Altius GroupSharon is a Physiotherapist with a Masters in Mental Health and more than 25 years of expertise in personal injury and workplace wellbeing, including specialised experience in complex personal injury claims. She is known for her holistic, whole-person centred approach to care.
As Head of Customer at Altius, she leads strategies and customer solutions, advocating for wellbeing in the workplace. A seasoned speaker, mediator, and program developer, Sharon has delivered award-winning national wellness programs for ABC Commercial and has been recognised in the Insurance Business Elite Women 2024 report. She is also a dedicated community member, serving as chair of Young Regional Conservatorium for a decade, with a focus on implementing evidence-based practices tailored to workplace needs.
Nick Park
General Manager – Digital and Technology, Altius GroupNick Park is a digital and customer experience executive with deep experience leading technology-led transformation across health, automotive and global digital businesses.
He has a proven track record in shaping digital strategy, building scalable products and leading cross-functional teams to deliver better customer experiences and commercial outcomes. Prior to joining Altius Group, Nick held leadership roles with Bupa Digital, Cox Automotive, Autotrader.com, and GeoFields Inc., bringing experience across product leadership, digital innovation, market strategy and operational delivery.

Darrin Brandis
Executive General Manager – PeopleSense: Psychology and Wellbeing by AltiusDarrin Brandis is a Registered Psychologist, industry thought leader, and sought-after speaker with over 30 years’ experience delivering counselling, trauma treatment, coaching, and organisational wellbeing solutions. As co-founder and Executive General Manager of PeopleSense: Psychology & Wellbeing by Altius, he leads one of Australia's largest Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers.
He is a speaker at industry events including PIEF, SIAV, and WorkSafe, presenting on topics like DEI, neurodiversity, parenting neurodiverse children, workplace mental health, psychological injury, and building empathy in return-to-work processes.
Darrin is also a qualified hypnotherapist and a Professional Practice Fellow at the University of Western Australia. His contributions to the industry have been recognised through the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association President's Award and Telstra WA Business of the Year. Renowned for managing complex psychological and vocational cases, he designs and delivers training that lifts both individual and organisational performance.

Aaron Boyes
Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing by AltiusAaron is an accomplished health, safety and wellbeing executive with deep expertise across injury prevention, injury management and organisational risk.
As a strategic leader, Aaron has a strong track record of embedding WHS systems into corporate governance and driving performance through integrated safety, wellbeing and commercial strategies. He brings experience across diverse industries and insurance schemes, with particular expertise in managing complex risks including psychosocial, ergonomic and people-related issues.
Aaron combines operational expertise with strategic thinking across WHS and injury management, supporting organisations to strengthen compliance, accountability and workforce wellbeing.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Wollongong, along with postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Health, Safety and Ergonomics from La Trobe University. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS), a Certified OHS Professional, and holds lead auditor certifications in ISO 45001 and ISO 19011, as well as lead investigator qualifications.

She has a proven record in change leadership, spearheading digital transformations and performance improvement initiatives nationally.
