Student Placement
At Altius, we offer Allied Health students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by immersing themselves in the day-to-day operations of a leading healthcare organisation. During your placement, you will work under the guidance of experienced Allied Health Professionals who are dedicated to nurturing the next generation. This mentorship will provide you with diverse exposure, enhancing your ability to seamlessly transition into the workforce after graduation.
Graduate Academy
The Altius Academy presents an exceptional opportunity for new graduate Allied Health Professionals to transition from university to a meaningful career at Altius Group. We provide comprehensive support as you advance in your chosen career pathway, including a thorough induction, tailored training, and a combination of buddy and mentorship programs.

Psychologist Development Program
At Altius, we are dedicated to supporting and fostering the success and advancement of our Psychologists. Through our Psychologist Development Program, we offer a range of clinical opportunities and financial support to those pursuing the 4+2 and 5+1 internship pathways, and those undergoing Endorsement training (Clinical or Organisational). Incentives include dual subsidiary career paths, professional development allowances and peer support groups, College of Professional Psychology discounts, financial support towards supervision & internships, and non-clinical work day flexible arrangements.
