Today, we are excited to announce the next step in that journey. Altius Group has signed an agreement to acquire Converge International, one of Australia's most respected providers of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), workplace mental health and critical incident response services. Subject to regulatory approvals, Converge will join the Altius Group family in October 2026.
