Our Health Concierge Services

EHS-DEXA Scans

DEXA Scans for Body Composition

A DEXA scan provides highly accurate insights into your body composition, measuring muscle, fat, and water distribution. Results are reviewed with an EHS health professional to give you tailored guidance for your health goals.

Why would I choose a DEXA scan?

A DEXA scan is the most accurate way to measure your body composition, giving you precise insights into fat mass, lean muscle and water weight. It goes far beyond standard methods, allowing you to truly understand your body and track meaningful changes over time.

After the scan, an EHS health professional will walk you through your results, explain what they mean, and provide tailored recommendations to support your fitness, health and long-term wellbeing. With the clarity of gold-standard data and practical guidance, a DEXA scan helps you make confident, informed choices about your health.

Please note: This service is not available to Victorian clients due to current legislation regarding DEXA scans for body composition.

Who will I be talking with?

Following your scan, your results will be reviewed by an EHS health professional, who will guide you through the findings and provide tailored advice to help you achieve your goals.

How long is the service?

Each consultation runs for 45 minutes and is delivered via telehealth. Sessions are led by an EHS Health Professional and tailored to your individual needs and health goals.

Do I have to come into your office?

No. Your DEXA scan is conducted at a specialist radiology facility, as it requires medical imaging equipment. Once your scan is complete, the follow-up consultation to review your results can be done remotely with an EHS health professional. This means you’ll receive expert guidance without needing to return to the clinic.

Please note: This service is not available to Victorian clients due to current legislation regarding DEXA scans for body composition.

Nutrition Sessions

Nutrition sessions take a personalised, evidence-based approach to supporting your health and wellbeing.

Why would I use Nutrition Support?

With more than 60% of Australian adults overweight or obese, our nutritional balance remains a significant concern across our population.  Despite knowing the importance of healthy eating, many are confused by conflicting nutritional advice and dieting fads.

Poor nutrition has a significant impact on overall wellbeing and can lead to chronic disease, weight gain, muscle loss and a weakened immune system.

Proper nutrition provides the energy and nutrients your body needs to thrive, fuel the body for essential functions and protect against illness and disease.

Beyond physical health, a balanced diet can improve mood and support brain function, helping to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Health Concierge nutrition sessions can be accessed to support you in multiple ways:

EHS-Pathology Consults

Pathology Consults

This simple but powerful consult will give you the knowledge and support to take proactive steps toward reducing health risks and improving your long-term wellbeing.

At EHS, our pathology consults focus on the markers that matter most: cholesterol (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), fasting blood sugar and HbA1c, which shows your long-term diabetes risk. These results don’t just sit on a page. They reveal how your heart, metabolism and overall system are working right now, and what that could mean for your future.

Once your results are ready, you’ll meet with an EHS health professional who will take the time to explain what they mean for you. No medical jargon, just a clear conversation about your health and practical steps you can take straight away. Whether your goal is lowering risk, boosting your energy, or making smarter lifestyle choices, this consult gives you the knowledge and confidence to take control of your health.

What does the test involve?

A simple fasting blood test, completed before your consult, measuring cholesterol, blood sugar and HbA1c.

Why are these tests important?

Because cardiovascular disease and diabetes often develop silently. These markers highlight risks before symptoms appear, giving you time to act.

Who explains the results?

An EHS health professional will review your results with you, highlight what matters most, and provide tailored recommendations.

How should I prepare?

You’ll need to fast for 8–12 hours before your blood test. Water or herbal tea is fine during this time.

EHS-Psychology Sessions

The focus is not only on managing difficulties but also on building long-term resilience, clarity, and confidence, so you can thrive both personally and professionally.

By investing in your mental wellbeing through these sessions, you gain more than immediate support. You gain the tools, insight, and perspective to navigate challenges and create sustainable positive change for the future.

No referral is required. You can book directly through EHS, making access simple and straightforward.

EHS-Sleep Management Sessions

Sleep Management Sessions

Sleep management sessions offer a personalised, evidence-based approach to improving sleep quality and overall wellbeing.

Why Sleep Matters

Sleep is a foundation for your health and performance. It plays a vital role in memory, hormonal balance, immune function, and cognitive performance. Even a single night of poor sleep can slow your reaction time, impair focus, and make problem-solving harder. Over time, disrupted or insufficient sleep can affect how you think, feel, and function, both at work and at home.

What the Sessions Involve

Our Sleep Management sessions are designed to help you break that cycle. Delivered as a 60-minute consultation with an accredited psychologist, these sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore the underlying causes of your sleep difficulties.

You’ll gain practical, evidence-based techniques such as:

  • Sleep hygiene practices
  • Relaxation strategies
  • Cognitive-behavioural approaches

These tools can help manage challenges like broken sleep, restless nights, or difficulty switching off.

The Outcome

With guidance tailored to your lifestyle and needs, you’ll leave with a clear, personalised plan to improve sleep quality, restore energy, and strengthen your long-term wellbeing.

Who will I be speaking to?

Your session will be led by an accredited psychologist with expertise in sleep management. They provide a safe, supportive environment to explore the causes of your sleep difficulties and create a tailored plan.

How long is the session?

Each consultation runs for 60 minutes, giving you the time to explore your challenges and work through strategies in depth.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed in your session is private and remains between you and your psychologist.

Do I need to prepare anything?

You don’t need to do anything before the session. However, it can be helpful to think about your current sleep patterns, routines, and challenges so your psychologist can better tailor recommendations.
