YOUR NEW ROLE
Working from our Orange office, the role will see you:
- Provide high-quality Speech Pathology services to NDIS clients with specific eating/drinking and communication needs within a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of the client plan alongside Practitioners
- Deliver evidence-based services within the allocated hours of the client's NDIS plan
- Coach and provide on-the-job support to team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge of speech pathology
- Conduct home visits and visits to the community as required
- Maintain professional and ethical standards to achieve quality client outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Current driver licence and car
- Adaptable, professional and a strong communicator
- Driven, autonomous and passionate about pursuing your life and career goals.
