As a Team Leader you will lead and inspire your team to drive positive outcomes for our customers in providing exceptional services to facilitate the safe, timely and durable return to work of workers.
You will engage regularly with your team to think strategically, ensure service agreements are satisfied as well as support the team in meeting their goals and objectives
Staying ahead of industry trends through structured professional development, you will also impart your knowledge to others as you influence best practice in workplace rehabilitation.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Staying ahead of industry trends through structured professional development, you will also impart your knowledge to others as you influence best practice in workplace rehabilitation.
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Complete a range of assessments including Initial Needs Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments and Vocational Assessments.
- Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones
- Utilise problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants
- You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
- Present case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
- You will hold a tertiary qualification in either Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling and appropriate registration
- Prior experience in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation
- Prior experience leading and managing a team
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
