Your new role
We're looking for a dynamic Organisational Services Consultant to join our Melbourne-based team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, impact, and purpose working at the intersection of psychosocial risk, wellbeing, safety, and performance.
What You'll Do:
As part of our Organisational Services team, you'll deliver tailored, evidence-based solutions that support individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive. Your work will include:
- Designing and delivering training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing and safety.
- Leading psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change.
- Providing individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing and performance.
- Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments and running assessment centres.
- Facilitating conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments.
- Supporting career transitions with empathy and expertise.
- Conducting onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services.
- Scoping and proposing organisational development projects that align with client goals.
About you
- AHPRA Registered Psychologist
- Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology OR Business Psychology (desirable)
- NSW Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Availability to travel (opportunities to travel to remote sites with access to competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel)
- Endorsement in Organisational Psychology, or working towards (desirable)
- Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable)
- Mediation trained / accredited, or willing to obtain
