In this full-time, office-based role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and exceptional organisational skills to oversee the day-to-day management of the Medical Law team, ensuring that the right experts are engaged for each case and that high-quality, timely reports are delivered. You will also play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering relationships with stakeholders, including lawyers and medical professionals.

In this full-time, office-based role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and exceptional organisational skills to oversee the day-to-day management of the Medical Law team, ensuring that the right experts are engaged for each case and that high-quality, timely reports are delivered. You will also play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering relationships with stakeholders, including lawyers and medical professionals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the Medical-law team including staff training and performance
- Leading recruitment and coordination of medical experts for medico-legal opinions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, specialists, and stakeholders
- Ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance of expert reports
- A law background or health qualification with current registration with a professional body (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Paramedicine).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
