GET TO KNOW ALTIUS Altius Group was founded in 2001 with a vision to bring high-quality and compassionate rehabilitation services into the market to improve lives displaced by injury. Since then, we’ve branched out to cover three tiers of services including Workplace Services, People and Employee Services, and Disability Services – all underpinned by one purpose to elevate the wellbeing of people, workplaces and communities across Australia. We’re currently seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Altius Group are expanding our specialist teams with a number of non-team leader leadership roles. These unique positions are ideal for those who are passionate about coaching, mentoring and guiding others but not wanting to manage team member performance.
These roles will call upon your vocational expertise and passion, to inject innovative and evidence-based coaching into newer consultant development.
Working alongside other rehabilitation counsellors and varied disciplines, these roles will evolve your existing skills and refine your specialisation across the state platform.
At Altius, we strongly believe in working to our strengths! With that in mind, we’re open to designing our specialist roles around the right candidates.

Altius Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an inclusive workforce. Research has shown that, in Australia, women, people living with disability, LGBTQIA+, First Nations people, and those from minority groups are less likely to apply for a role because they feel they will not be successful. We believe in the strength of diversity and inclusion, and we would like to strongly encourage those who identify with any of these groups to apply for a role with us
