YOUR NEW ROLE
Your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.
This role is based in Launceston. On a daily basis you will:
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones
- Utilise problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants
- You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
- Present case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US?

- Tertiary level qualification and appropriate full registration as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist (AHPRA), or Social Worker (AASW)
- Previous experience completing structured assessments is desired or Passion for supporting an injured person to identify their strengths, transferable skills and potential to establish a new career direction.
- Experience with complex case management and supporting clients to achieve their return to life or return to work outcomes, despite challenging circumstances is very beneficial.
- Drivers license and own vehicle is essentia
